Do You Offer Samples?
We offer samples of all of our products. Due to the large number of requests we receive for samples we are unable to ship samples at no charge. A small shipping and handling fee of $5.99 within Canada is required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or personal cheques. Your order is shipped upon receipt of payment.
Are your incontinence products latex free?
All our products are latex free unless specified.
Can you automatically ship products to me on a scheduled basis?
We can schedule an automatic shipment in whatever time frame works best for you, whether it is every two weeks or every month. There are no contracts to sign and you can cancel or delay your shipments whenever you would like.
Do you provide assistance in selecting the right products for me?
Absolutely! We understand how difficult it is to know which products would work best for your specific needs. We have trained staff on hand to assist you with this decision or to answer any questions you may have on any of the products.
